Broan 157 Heater Fan Excellent bathroom heater fan if you do not have a pre-installed vented fan. All you need is an junction box in the ceiling and you are good to go. December 4, 2010

can this unit be left on all night while sleeping in the bedroom, it's an atic bedroom an it can get very cold in winter {ny}...

Per broan, this is not recommended to be left on for long periods of time.

Will it fit a 1976 home that was built in El Paso, TX
