"Have not installed yet. Still building cabinets. System required me to rank with stars. Chose four due to inadequate knowledge of functionality at this time. Fan unit appears substantial and well designed. I think the aluminum grease filter could be more substantial but this is easy to remedy.

Great customer service! I'm not sure how they got it here so fast. The telephone customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Would use Venting Direct again based on these factors."
