The heat will not shut off when it reaches room temperature and continues to run. What can I do?

A. Honeywell TH5110D1022 is a non-programmable thermostat. If it is not stopping when it reaches the temperature you desire, it is possible you have the fan setting set to "On". If this is the case, press the button beneath the fan option until it reads "Auto" and it should stop heating when the room is at the temperature you set it to.
