i want to install this firplace but there is no wall where i want to install it can it go out the roof or outside wall does the mantel come with this

A. The Napoleon BGD40N2 can be used where there is no wall, providing it's not placed on carpet or other combustible surfaces and providing you have the proper venting to outside. The unit can be vented through either the roof or wall. The mantle shown in picture is not included.
