The NuTone 665RP will work with the Broan 66W switch.

It is not possible to buy just the fan portion of the NuTone 665RP.

need to purchase NU Tone 665 Rp motor for heat in the combination heater, fan, light.

Assuming you have the NuTone 665RP and you just need the motor, the heat motor is #88569000. If you want the entire heat assembly that is #97017648

What is the difference between this model (665RP) and the 605RP model?

The NuTone 665RP Combination Heater features a 100W maximum lamp that provides bright ceiling light. The 605RP model does not provide this feature.

Where can I find a replacement fuse?

The only way to get a replacement fuse is to replace the full heating element, as the fuse is integrated with it. Depending on the age of your fan, your heating element will either be round or it will zig-zag through the unit. If it is round, you will need the NuTone 0969B000. If it is zig-zag, you will need the Broan S98004514.

i have vaulted ceilings,no attic and replacing a heater/fan,Do i need to tear down the sheetrock or is there a remodel type ?

The NuTone 665RP is designed to be installed to the 2 x 6 beams in your ceiling. With out any crawl space it is going to be difficult to install a new fan without making any changes to the sheet rock.
