How does the grille remove for cleaning?

A. With the NuTone HD80NT what needs to be done to remove the grill is pull down on the grille lightly and when the metal clips holding it are exposed squeeze the clips in. This will allow for you to remove one or both sides for cleaning and to install is just the opposite of what you do.
