Recovery ventilators are designed to help the home or business owner save money on energy costs by utilizing the HVAC system that's already available. Recovery Ventilators come in two different forms:

  • An HRV system (Heat Recovery Ventilation) brings in fresh air from outside and will preheat it during the winter or cool it down in the summer. This effectively reduces strain on your current heating or air conditioning unit making it more efficient.

  • An ERV system (Energy Recovery Ventilation) works much like the HRV system, helping to keep your energy bills low by bringing in fresh air and heating or cooling where needed.
